This Year, Passover feels different
Shimon Apisdorf is the award-winning author of ten best selling books. The Roaring Lion Haggadah Companion is not only his latest work, but what he says as “The most important book I’ve ever written. Our world has, and is, changing dramatically. Our Seder must keep up with this new reality and that’s exactly why I wrote this.”
This is the first book to tie the range of history-shaping events since October 7th to the core concepts of Passover, the Seder, the essential meaning of the land of Israel, the unfolding Redemption, and everything that has been transpiring from October 7th until Operation Roaring Lion.
Over forty years ago, Shimon fell in love with the land. After making Aliyah with his wife, Shimon decided to devote his passion and energy to connecting others to the land and State of Israel, and to fostering Aliyah from North America. Shimon is the of founder of Operation Home Again, the first organization devoted solely to Community Centered Aliyah from North america.
In Shimon’s words, “Everything has changed, and our Seder must change as well.”
